A Business Intelligence Analyst in the technology industry uses data to help the company make better business decisions. They collect, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data, often using software and data analysis tools. Their role involves understanding the company's business strategies, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and building reports and dashboards that visualize data in a meaningful way.
