We caught up with Anna Shamshura, MCC’s Director of Talent Acquisition, in this edition of Business Spotlight.

Even though we run one of the largest label providers in the world, we’ve worked hard to preserve the local, autonomous features of each of our sites – many of which originated as local and often family-run companies before joining MCC.
