Software Developer

Tripmasters, Inc. seeks full time Software Developer (Hybrid and in Silver Spring, MD). Duties are:
Design, develop, and maintain Tripmasters Contract Center: Contact Center Architecture knowledge, Experience with Amazon Connect, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing. Hands-on experience building complex omnichannel contact center solutions, Experience with AWS Connect channel integrations, API integration experience, Custom CCP, and Agent Workspace; Design, develop, and maintain the internal database layer: Microsoft SQL Server, AWS Aurora MySql and Postgres, AWS Redshift, and Redis; Design, build, and maintain the application layer using Amazon Elastic Container Service ECS with Fargate, AWS Batch, and AWS Lambda; Automate the deployment of applications using CI/CD for continuous integration and delivery based on CloudFormation, SAM; Design, develop, and maintain API integration with 3rd party suppliers; Maintain and develop additional features to our internal CRM System Tournet. Requires bachelors degree in computer science or computer Engineering plus 24 months experience in software development plus the skills: AWS Certified Developer Associate & AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional; proven experience designing and implementing AWS-based solutions; familiar with
