Overall, great pay, raises and coworkers. The advancement area from what i have seen so far is a “whose been here longer” promotion range, type of ladder. Which works for some companies. Everyone is usually all around great. Some property managers could do better in not renting multiple places for the same day, when limited on help, timeframe and all units need a ton of work. those weeks you wanna quit. But otherwise, great place to work.
