We serve a broad range of clients in government and industry, implementing complex projects from initial concept to operations.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Entra ID, Office 365, Resource Tagging, SSL Certificate Management, and both Azure and AWS infrastructure. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, and supporting our cloud-based applications.A successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional technical, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. This person will be detail-oriented, self-directed and self-motivated, and be able to effectively communicate with and share information within the IT organization and organization at large. This person must be able to gather requirements and recommend cloud solutions to help support our over 7000+ employees in multiple countries and operating sectors. Work is performed under limited supervision and performance is based upon successful and timely completion of assignments and responsibilities, the results obtained, and adherence to organization guidelines.ResponsibilitiesAdhere to our organization's cloud technology strategy and visionDesign, develop and implement cost-efficient, fault-tolerant and scalable cloud applications and business solutions leveraging appropriate technologies across platforms such as Azure and AWSPreform ongoing cost optimization and auditing of existing resources to ensure security and cost best practicesArchitect solutions and provide technical guidance to help business groups achieve success and improve operational efficiencyOversee core identity management, authentication and access systems including Active Directory, multi-factor authentication, and single sign onManage email messaging and communication platform(s) in a Office 365 EnvironmentCoordinate within team and other IT and business groups to achieve successful outcomesIdentify, resolve, and document incidents, requests and problems relating to cloud systemsMaintain documentation of cloud systems designs and configurationsProvide leadership and cross-training for other IT and business colleagues in cloud technologyEnsure Resource Tagging for cost management and reporting in AWS and AzureSSL Certificate ManagementQualifications5+ years of experience working with enterprise cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS preferred)
