We are currently seeking a Cyber Operations Research Analyst - Senior to join our team in Fort Knox (REMOTE), Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.

We are currently seeking a Cyber Operations Research Analyst - Senior to join our team in Fort Knox (REMOTE), Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).
Position's General Duties and Tasks
In the role of Cyber Operations Research Analyst you will:
- Lead and participate in analysis of actual and predictable interacting operational activities of business to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making through application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques.
- Devise modeling and measuring techniques using mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematics techniques (linear programming, game theory, probability theory, symbolic language, etc.), and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines will be valuable.
- Demonstrate complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts within Cyber Research field and provide consultation to technical solutions over wide range of complex difficult problems in which proposed solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives will be tested on a daily basis.
- Provide incident response assistance to support Customer organizations and mission partners and provides recommendations and reports as required to the assigned Government representatives.
- Provide information to the appropriate Government representative for communication to the individual's Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and Information Management Officer (IMO) regarding the training requirements the user must perform prior to the account re-activation while providing instructions to the user of steps to encrypt email when sending Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) and provides reports as required.
- Provide surge support, technical guidance, and expertise in the areas of Cybersecurity to support Customer, Mission Partners, IMOs, ISSOs, IS Owners, Software Developers, Network System, and Database Administrators IAW all related cyber regulations and directives; provide results in reports, briefs, and deliverables as required to the appropriate Government representative.
- Perform security review preparation for all security controls associated with RMF applicable to an assigned authorization boundary based upon the Confidentiality, Integrity, or Availability designation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of cybersecurity experience.
- MA/MS degree
- Education Equivalency: BA/BS degree with 12 years of experience.
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance prior to start.
- Security+ Certification
- Technical Level III Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience with DoD cybersecurity processes and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in achieving excellent quality assurance goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills presenting material to senior executive personnel
- Ability to organize, direct, and manage operation support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related projects and / or tasks.
