Manual QA Lead - W2 Only - On-site in Columbus Ohio
Duties & Responsibilities:
Participate in agile practices and ceremonies through scrum team planning sessions, user story refinement, daily status updates and interaction with other scrum team leaders.
Create Test Strategy/Plan Document for user stories and larger scale efforts (Feature(s)/Epic) (working closely with Development team, SME's and Business to ensure full coverage of acceptance criteria to be met during testing).
End-to-end testing process experience
Proficiency in various manual testing methodologies such as functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Expand understanding of enterprise cross-system integration testing such as processing events and interacting with APIs.
Work with business segment testers as need to support User Acceptance Testing, working closely with SME's and Business to ensure user criteria are clearly defined and testable, test data is available, and test results and defects are documented and addressed.
Work with scrum master's to build out test execution metrics and be able to present those to leadership when requested.
Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review, and user group meetings for quality assurance.
Ability to perform sprint demos with business partners and stakeholders.
Knowledge of test data requirements, planning and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios
Coaching, mentoring and leading team members- including coordinating the testing between resources located onshore and offshore.
Knowledge of test data requirements, planning and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Works under moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgement and problem solving.
Basic Qualifications
Understanding of the QA practice as it applies to the Agile lifecycle.
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience in financial services (banking) industry.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
Detail oriented and highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
