The Impact Youll Make in this Role
As a Finance Consolidation Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Implement and maintain the OneStream consolidation, account reconciliation, financial planning and reporting system for Solventum
- Support on-going process design and configuration, that meets the defined global business objectives and requirements
- Collaborate with business and IT colleagues in the design, development, testing and delivery of the OneStream solution
- Provide knowledge and expertise on the current consolidation, account reconciliation, financial planning and reporting system processes and procedures
- Ensure all OneStream products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operational requirements
- Identify and help resolve OneStream reporting and system design issues, participate and provide critique for design reviews
- Advocate recommended process design changes and implement, as needed
Your Skills and Expertise
Bachelors Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of finance, accounting or IT experience in a private, public, government or military environment
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 7 years of experience designing, configuring, implementing or supporting consolidation systems in a global ERP environment
- 7 years of experience on VB.net and SQL scripting
- 7 years of experience in ERP integration and Snowflake
- 7 years of experience in ETL and data interface tools
- 7 years of experience in Hyperion Smart View Reporting
- 7 years of experience in ABAP programing, well versed in Object Oriented concepts
- 7 years of experience in SAP BW and cloud-based SAP analytical tools
- 7 years of experience in SAP HANA and ability to design and build complicated CDS views
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in an MBA or graduate degree in finance or IT
- Hands on experience designing and developing things in PowerBI
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
