The IT/OT Solution Architect for ADMS will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced distribution management systems that integrate IT and OT (Operational Technology) environments. This role requires a deep understanding of both IT and OT systems, as well as experience with ADMS solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of ADMS into our clients' existing infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Design and develop IT/OT system and integration solutions for ADMS, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Work in partnership with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, which includes collaborating with our clients’ Enterprise Architecture Offices, to ensure that the system standards, policy and exceptions adhere to the client’s operational policies and governance.
- Lead the implementation of ADMS projects, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on ADMS architecture, including network design, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Conduct system assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Work with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and integrate new technologies and solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, integration plans, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on ADMS solutions and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ADMS technology and IT/OT integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/OT integration, with a focus on ADMS solutions.
- Working knowledge of IT/OT Cybersecurity and the OT Security Models required
- Strong understanding of distribution management systems, SCADA, and other related technologies.
- Experience with network design, cybersecurity, and data management in an OT environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, PMP) are a plus.

Compensation : In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
