Infrastructure Engineer

• Infrastructure Engineer will design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune for a global user base
• Configure and enforce security policies and compliance standards for various device platforms (Windows, iOS, Android)
• Oversee the seamless deployment of applications, updates, and configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Intune-related issues, ensuring optimal user experience
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain a strong security posture across devices
• As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will develop and implement automation scripts (PowerShell) to streamline processes
• Leverage your global experience to understand regional device trends, security needs, and privacy concerns
• Document processes and procedures for future reference

• Windows Management - App deployment and patching
• Cloud management
• Intune/Omnissa UEM or similar endpoint management products
• SCCM
• PowerShell
• Implementations
• Cloud management experience with some endpoint management product exposure and willingness to learn will be a good fit

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
