Director Digital Strategy

This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the digital strategy for SelectQuote’s Healthcare Services division. The leader in this position will drive digital innovation prioritize new initiatives and oversee strategic investments. This individual will also facilitate strategic discussions lead governance meetings and ensure technology alignment with business goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position has direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital strategies for Healthcare Services.
• Facilitate prioritization and governance meetings for digital initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic digital investments.
• Lead digital transformation efforts including automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Establish and oversee key performance metrics for digital initiatives.
• Act as a key advisor to senior leadership driving consensus and influencing strategy.
• Stay informed of emerging digital trends and their impact on the healthcare industry.
• Evaluate onboard and manage technology vendors and partners.

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong IT product and digital strategy expertise.
• Experience in healthcare technology and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proven ability to drive consensus and strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing digital operations.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field required (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership digital transformation and healthcare services.
• Experience managing digital governance product strategy and enterprise initiatives.
• Financial Responsibilities (budget revenue):
• This position may have budget responsibilities depending on the scope of projects.

Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
