Seeking a Systems Support Administrator to support operations and upgrade of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Operations Center. Must have military systems experience, a current SEC + certificate and an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to :

  • Primary responsibilities are to maintain the Reaper Operations Center (ROC) in an operational ready state and assist operations teams with solutions to real time issues, both computer and communications

  • Assist customer to: define, document, and integrate required computer, communications and intelligence capabilities to enhance UAV and ROC missions

  • Systems monitored include: NIPRNet, SIPRNet, internal/external voice communications system(s), VoIP, NSTS phone system, Video Teleconferencing Center, and video dissemination.

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

  • Military C4ISR (Command, Control, Computers, Communication, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) systems experience

  • Experience with Windows 10 and Server 2012 (or newer) administration

  • Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and Domain Name System (DNS) in a mixed Window/Unix environment

  • Familiarity with UNIX or LINUX as a user

  • Hardware maintenance and installation

  • Experience with basic email and office administration software i.e. Microsoft Office set-up and maintenance. (This is not an exhaustive list as there may be other software required)

  • One or more of the following systems: SAN Storage, Server Blade, SQL, SharePoint, C2ISR video data, network performance software

  • Must possess DoDD 8570 IAT II level certification

  • Must possess a current Security + certification

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of a High School Degree with at least 4 years of direct relevant work experience

  • Preferred but NOT Required Education and Experience (education that is not necessary but will make a candidate more qualified for the position)

  • US Air Force (or other military) experience in a computer - related discipline is highly desired.

  • Operational experience with UAVs.

  • Familiarity with DOD cryptographic equipment.

  • Prior military or civilian DOD experience with Air Operations is highly desired

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering

Other Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen.

  • Active DoD US Top Secret/SCI security clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $75000 to $80000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
