Salesforce Release Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Release Engineer for one of our top clients. This person is going to be joining a Fortune 250 company. This company is currently implementing Salesforce. They need someone to help with Salesforce Releases. This person will automate and streamline the software development lifecycle on the Salesforce platform by implementing DevOps practices, including continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), monitoring, and release management. This position will coordinate and manage the deployment of Salesforce updates, enhancements, and releases to ensure efficient deployment of Salesforce applications with minimal disruption to users. You will work closely with development, delivery, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments, environment stability, and adherence to best practices.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of technical experience

3+ years of experience working with releases for Salesforce

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

Strong experience coordinating and managing deployments of Salesforce

Experience with Agile methodologies Bachelors Degree

Experience with Salesforce Metadata

Prior experience with an acquisition null
