3+ years role/group-based ACLs configuration and debugging
2+ years experience building custom workflows
2+ years of Service Portal development (e.g. Widgets, Service Portal Pages, AngularJs)
2+ years of general IT experience with consulting experience preferred Preferred Certifications: erviceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ITIL V3 Foundations Certification.
