We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to support the planning, configuration, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform. This role is integral to ensuring MCCs business processes align seamlessly with our Dynamics 365 environment. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support, enabling us to leverage the platform's full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define Dynamics 365 solution requirements.
  • Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet business needs, including customizations and integrations.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting issues in Dynamics 365.
  • Create functional documentation and conduct training for end-users.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams to provide consistent support and improve system functionality.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and best practices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst or consultant, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, able to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (preferred).
