Do I have to use your platform or can I message through my own email account?
Once a candidate replies to your message, their response will come directly to your email inbox. You may respond to their email without having to return to the iHire platform. So long as you continue the conversation on the same email thread, your messages will be logged on the candidate’s iHire profile and in your iHire Message Center. If you prefer not to track your conversation history in your iHire account, you will have access to each candidate’s email address.
